Ahura Mazda

The tattoo comes from The Science Tattoo Emporium. The relief is from the palace of Xerxes at Persepolis. In Persian mythology Ahura Mazda is the supreme god, the creator of heaven and Earth.

It´s reeeeally nice! I´m actually working on a design which combines this beautiful picture of Ahura Mazda with some persian calligraphy. I chose "the great Mazda" because it links lots of ancient cultures and beliefs of the Middle East and India -some of them persist nowadays- and because of its meaning and history. Sure I will send it to you when finished.

Nice place, anyway.
Keep doing!
